I have been with UW for quite a few years now and can honestly say they have been the best Company I have dealt with over the years. On the odd occasion I had a question, they sorted it out immediately. I have Utilities, Landline, Internet and a mobile phone. Cannot fault them at all.

The operative was helpful and very clear at explaining and giving instructions on how do checks on the router and telephone socket. Follow up the next day was really appreciated and helpful with what the next steps were.

It was so easy to change my tariff. They gave me the best fixed rate.

I have 4 services with UW and can write a review finally as I have just used their boiler cover and home cover insurance for the first time. Had a blocked toilet, called that morning, someone came later that day and fixed. Honestly so impressed with the speed. That along with good energy prices, great broadband and monthly savings of around £35 with our cashback card Its by far the best experience ive had with a utility company.

Highly recommend UW. I use them for energy and mobile but will also swap my broadband when I can. I save £80 a month compared to what I was previously paying and then save even more because I use my cashback card. I find the customer service is brilliant and they even have a WhatsApp you can message if you have no time to call. Oh and I also got a nice £100 welcome bonus :D

An advisor got back to me within an hour or so and checked my problem and helped enormously. Very clear friendly interaction. Very pleased with the service and outcome

Every single thing that you said was true and easy to understand and transfer was extremely easy

No problems to speak of. Only complaint is that a repeated request for my electricity meter to be replaced has not been dealt with. A recent contact with the Internet Help Service was excellent. The person who I spoke to was patient beyond belief!

A prompt reminder from UW that the policy was due, followed by the details of the new policy. Much to my surprise it showed a significant decrease in the premium to last year. Very unusual in these times! Seamless transition to new policy.

We have been UW customers for years . Always very attentive to help their customers. The local agent is always available to help you and encourage our friends and colleagues to join too. If you check individual items, might look expensive, but the whole bundle is very much cheaper comparatively.

Ease of switching and knowledgeable staff

They sort out the problem as soon as it is reported. The price is the best that I have found, other suppliers when they are told that they my suppliers say that they cannot compete with there prices.
